just heard a story that can really makes you go whuuuut?!

k.
a colleague(A) of mine was serving this "so-called" regular customer.
she was talking as per normal.
than the customer didnt like what she did and pointed to my other colleague(B) and said,
"she knows what i want!!"
so colleague A went over to colleague B to take over whatever she is doing.
so that colleague B could attend to the customer.

after the customer left,
colleague B said that the customer was pissed.
even said,
"i dun wanna come on weekends anymore.i don't want to be served by that hantu!"
omg!!!


frigging rude right.
my colleague even asked her nicely about what she wanted.
just because my colleague doesnt know exactly what she wants;
reason being my colleague wasnt familiar with this customer,
the customer doesnt have the right to say that.

if that happens to me,
i think i will kene kan the customer back.
but in a nice tone la.

yes.
customer is always right.
but that is if they treat people right too.

i cant believe that this type of people exist.
why cant the world be all rainbows and butterflies.
